Secret Treasure Cupcake
Ingredients:
sugar
vanilla
2 eggs
milk
butter or coconut oil
flour
baking powder
12 large Strawberries or 2 bananas or 2 pears or 2 apples (or mixture!)
12 small layer cookies (oreos, vanilla/chocolate crème fruit crème)
Frostings:
butter
icing sugar
vanilla
Food colouring
Decorations –eg. coconut, candies, dried strawberries, marshmallows
**Egg substitute = 6 TBSP aquafava from tin of beans
or 2 TBSP chia seeds + 6 TBSP water
