Jan 12:

Quesadillas

INGREDIENTS:

··        2 veggies – choice of: 

o   sweet peppers

o   red or green onion

o   tomatoes

·        1 can of red or black beans

·        cumin

·        salt

·        paprika or chile powder

·        flour tortillas

·        1 cup cheese - cheddar, mozzarella, or marble

Optional: cooked chicken (shredded from whole chicken) or leftover cooked meat

TOOLS:

· Apron

· Cutting board

Knife for chopping

· Spoons

· Cutlery knife, fork
