June 16: HOMEMADE PIZZA

INGREDIENTS:

Pizza Dough: We will make this together

dry yeast

sugar or honey

salt

warm water

flour

olive oil

·      Sauce - Tomato sauce or pesto sauce

·      Cheese - cheddar, mozzarella, feta, goat, your favourite!

TOPPINGS:  

CHOOSE 3 COLOURS!!

Red: peppers, tomatoes, red onion

Yellow: peppers, zucchini, onion, pineapple,

Green: peppers, olives, zucchini, green onions

Brown or black: Olives, mushrooms

Orange: peppers

Protein: Cheese, ham, pepperoni, chicken, bacon or

Add your favourites!

2 small bowls

2 medium bowls

1 cutting board

Measuring cups

Healthy Muffins

INGREDIENTS:

·  1 banana, apple, zucchini or carrot

1 egg

½ cup butter

brown sugar

flour

quick oats or whole oats

baking soda

baking powder

salt                    

Optional:   cocoa powder, cinnamon or pumpkin spice

 

FRUIT: blueberries, strawberries, banana, apple 2 cm chunks – 1 tsp per muffin

 

FUN BITS:  Choc chips, Raisins, coconut, hemp hearts, pumpkin seeds, nuts

Fruit Kebabs:

Fruits - Choose 3 Bright Colours

Choose from: banana, apple, blueberries, kiwi, strawberries, raspberries, melon, watermelon, pear, oranges
