March 29: Flower Power!

We will be learning some different cutting techniques, and learning about mindfulness and how our tongue works to make a fun dip for our veggies.

INGREDIENTS:

Your Favourite veggies plus One new vegetable to you

CHOOSE 3 bright colours or more!

Bright Colours - Have at least 3 colours total:

- Green - cucumber, celery, lettuce, beans, broccoli

- Red - Tomato, red pepper, radish

- Yellow - yellow peppers, corn

- Orange - carrots, orange peppers

- Purple - purple cabbage, blueberries

- Brown/white - mushrooms, cauliflower, kohlrabi
