Small and Large Freezer bags or containers for food storage

Apron

· Cutting board

· Knife for chopping - cutlery knife or plastic knife

· fork, spoon

· Food waste bowl

· Bowls - 1 small, 1 medium

Measuring cups and spoons

Grater

Spoons

Cleaning cloth

: Homemade Pizza

We will be trying learning to measure and how yeast works to create a great pizza - either one large one for the family or small ones for each person.

INGREDIENTS:

Y2 tsp dry yeast

• sugar or honey

• salt

• 3/4 cup warm water

• 2 cups flour plus extra ½ cup

• olive oil

• Sauce – tomato & seasonings

• Toppings – CHOOSE 3 or more

o Peppers, olive, pineapple, mushrooms, zucchini, tomato, spinach,

o Ham, pepperoni, chicken, or your favourite toppings!

• Cheese -mozzarella, cheddar, feta, goat, parmesan

Special equipment:

Small and large bowl

Plate that will cover both bowls

Measuring cups and spoons

Pizza pan or baking sheet
