Three Sisters Succotash

Ingredients:

corn kernels – frozen, canned or fresh

• 1 medium onion

• squash – frozen or fresh

• bell pepper (optional)

• dried sage

• dried cranberries (optional)

• olive oil

• garlic

• soup broth

• flour - corn flour and/or all-purpose

• hot sauce or chile pepper flakes (optional)

• pepper

• salt

• 1 can – beans - lima, kidney or other legume
