INGREDIENTS:

·        all-purpose flour

·        3 Tablespoons granulated sugar

·        salt

·        1 package instant yeast 1 packet = 2 and 1/4 teaspoons

·        water

·        milk

·        butter, softened to room temperature

·        1 large egg

·        ground cinnamon

·        brown sugar

 powdered sugar (icing sugar)

·        vanilla extract

Optional: Raisins, dried fruit, nuts, seeds, hemp hearts

Cutting board

Cutlery knive, spoons

Measuring cups and spoons

Medium bowl and small bowl

Food waste bowl

Baking tray

Parchment paper

Green:  spinach, broccoli

Red:  red pepper, tomato

Other colours of veggies are welcome!

INGREDIENTS:

·       Aim to have 3 different fruit colours for best nutrition!!

 

 SUGGESTIONS:

   

Fruit:  Berries, banana, oranges, apple, pineapple, mango, kiwi, grapes, melon balls from cantaloupe, honey dew or watermelon

 

Yogurt:  Plain yogurt, Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt

 

Cereal:  Flakes, muesli, granola, shredded wheat, cheerios, shreddies, crispie rice

 

Protein toppings:  hemp hearts, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, brazil nuts, other seeds or nuts, nut butter

 

Fun toppings: Granola, cinnamon, grated chocolate, choc chips
