Kitchen Tools Needed Every week:
Apron, Cutting board, Cutlery knife, Fork, Spoons, Measuring cups, Measuring spoons
Food waste bowl, Medium Bowl, small bowl
Clean-up items: Apron, Cleaning cloth, Sink of soapy water, Clean tea towel
Oven * ADULT SUPERVISION - Oven mitts
July 6:
Fruit Explosion Muffins
Ingredients:
· Wet ingredients:
3/4 cup banana, grates apple, zucchini or carrot
1 egg
½ cup butter – melted
¼ cup brown sugar
Dry ingredients:
1 ½ cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt Optional: 2 TBSP cocoa powder or 1 tsp cinnamon
FRUIT: blueberries, strawberries, banana, apple 2 cm chunks – 1 per muffin
Extras: Up to ¼ cup: Choc chips, Oatmeal, Raisins, coconut, hemp hearts, pumpkin seeds, nuts
Special TOOLS:
Muffin tray and muffin papers
July 20: Fruit Crumble
INGREDIENTS:
Butter or vegetable oil or coconut oil
Brown sugar
2 ripe Bananas
1/4 cup apple sauce (optional)
2 Eggs
Flour
baking soda
salt
Vanilla
Cinnamon
Allspice or pumpkin spice (optional)
Optional: Oatmeal, raisins, chocolate chips, hemp hearts, dried fruits, pumpkin or sunflower seeds, pecans, walnuts, cinnamon, pumpkin spice

Focaccia Bread
INGREDIENTS:
yeast
olive oil
flour
salt
water
sugar or honey
Toppings: Choose from any of these below
Seasonings: rosemary, basil, oregano, Fresh rosemary
olives, tomatoes, cheese, rred onion
Coarse salt
