Cornbread Muffins
INGREDIENTS:
· frozen banana
· water, milk or almond milk
· honey or maple syrup
· vanilla
· ice cubes or crushed ice
cinnamon or pumpkin spice
Oatmeal - quick oats
Peanut butter or wowbutter or apple sauce
Salt
Fun bits: raisins, nuts, seeds, hemp hearts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, chocolate chips
Dried coconut flakes
Optional: cocoa powder, nutella, greek yogurt, avocado, frozen fruits, flaxseed oil

INGREDIENTS:
Protein: Chicken, sausage, pork loin, tofu or your choice
Veggies: Choose at least 3

Garlic - fresh or powder

Homemade Pizza
INGREDIENTS:
Yeast - instant yeast or pizza yeast
Sugar
Salt
Warm water
Flour
Olive oil
Sauce - tomato sauce - crushed tomatoes or pizza sauce
Seasonings: dried oregano, basil, garlic powder or Italian seasonings
Toppings: Choose at least 3
Veggies: peppers, onions, mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, spinach
Fruits: tomatoes, pineapple, olives
Protein (optional): pepperoni, ham, bacon, chicken
CHEESE - mozzarella, cheddar, feta, goat or parmesan
TOOLS:
· Bowls - small and large, plate for lid

Pumpkin cupcakes with Cream cheese icing
Ingredients:
· 2 eggs
· 1/4 cup apple sauce
· melted butter or vegetable oil
· brown sugar
· vanilla extract
· 1 ½ cups grated pumpkin or 1 cup pumpkin puree
· flour
· baking powder
· baking soda
· ground cinnamon
· pumpkin spice
· all spice (optional)
· ginger (optional)
· 1/2 cup regular cream cheese – at room temperature
· 2 TBSP butter at room temperature
· icing sugar
· vanilla
