· Cutting board

· Knife for chopping - cutlery knife or plastic knife

· Food waste bowl

· Bowls - 1 small, 1 medium

Focaccia Bread

A fun Italian bread that can be decorated with your flair!

INGREDIENTS:

-        1 tsp Yeast

-        ½ tsp honey or sugar

-        1 tsp Salt

-        2 3/4 cups Flour

-        1 cup warm water

-        4 TBSP Olive Oil

-        1 TBSP coarse salt

-        Fresh rosemary 2 sprigs

-        Seasonings:  rosemary, basil, oregano (optional)

-        Toppings:  olives, tomatoes, cheese (optional)

Special Tools:

Cast iron frying pan or baking dish
