BRIGHT COLOURS of veggies (choose 4-5)
Green:
· Celery, Edamame, cabbage, broccoli, green beans
Red:
· Peppers
Yellow:
· Pepper, frozen corn, chickpeas
Orange:
· Baby carrots, peppers
Purple:
· Red cabbage, red onion, red beans
White:
·Onion, garlic,
fennel, cauliflower, white beans
Protein (choose 1)
· Beans or chickpeas
Tofu
Eggs
Oil - olive oil , sunflower oil, avocado oil or coconut oil
Sauce – Choose what you have and like
—Teriyaki sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce
