THE CIRCLE

A fabulous collaborative program that is designed to give youth the knowledge of skills to eat well and enjoy creating meals for themselves that celebrate a variety of cultures.

Perfect for teens, and also a good opportunity for siblings to work together to make dinner.

In this LIVE Interactive Online Cooking class, your child will be engaged in a unique, creative meal prep activity to build their kitchen confidence. All online classes are offered via Zoom.

Invitation to register for the 5 week course will be issued from Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Dates:

• April 20 or 23 - Mexican Grain Bowls

• April 27 or 30 - Vietnamese-style Pho Noodle Soup

• May 4 or 7 - Teriyaki Stir Fry

• May 11 or 14 - Italian-style Pizza

• May 18 or 21 - Indian-style Channa Masala (Chickpea and Tomato curry)

Parents are required to supervise and support their child(ren) during all online classes as necessary. All recipes will use common ingredients, with lots of substitutions to accommodate what is available. An email with the zoom link and ingredients will be sent out prior to the class.
