A fun day of hands-on nutrition and cooking fun for ages 5-12.

Get your kids making healthy snacks and meals at home. COOKSMART Kids is a hands-on workshop that give kids the cooking skills, confidence and inspiration to make their own healthy food.  We'll make sure they know what are the components of a healthy lunch, how to prepare healthy snacks, and some great options that kids can customize to their liking that are nutritious.  Each day we do a special food project such as making pumpkin pie from scratch, gingerbread houses, cookie crazes, making sushi and many more!
