Ingredients:
1/2 CUP sugar
1 TBSP vanilla
2 eggs
1/3 CUP milk
1/2 CUP butter or coconut oil
1 ½ CUPS flour
1 TBSP baking powder
1 ½ cup Fruit:choose from
Peaches, apples, pears
Berries – fresh or frozen
Or 1 cup thick jam
Both make for a super surprise!
Substitution: Use what you have!
Whole wheat or all-purpose flour, any Gluten-free flours, spelt or almond flour
Any fruit
Egg substitutes - 3 TBSP aquafava -(bean water),
1 TBSP chia seeds or ground flaxseed + 3 TBSP water
Butter substitutes - coconut oil or light flavour vegetable oil (avocado oil or sunflower seed old)
Kitchen Tools:
Measuring cups
easuring spoons
Fork or whisk or electric beater
2 spoons, 1 cutlery knife
Cutting board
Muffin pan and paper liners
Bowls - 2-3 small bowls,, 2 medium bowls
