Ingredients:
Base: Whole-wheat tortilla (or plain), or pita bread or naan bread:
Red Sauce: Tomato sauce, Pureed or Crushed tomatoes
Protein: Beans - Cooked or canned pinto, kidney or white or black beans
Or add your favourite protein such as ham, chicken,
Seasonings: Salt, Pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, cumin or chile powder
Choose 3+ Fruit & Veggie Toppings:
Peppers, zucchini, Olives– black or green
Pineapple, Green Onions, Tomatoes, Mushrooms
Cheese - mozzarella or cheddar
Your favourite topping
Kitchen Tools:
Oven
Baking pan or sheet
Grater
2 spoons, 1 cutlery knife, 1 fork
Cutting board
Bowl - 2-3 small bowls
