Power Balls
Simple treat that gives you a protein and complex carbohydrate boost!
• 1 cup quick oats or Whole oats
• 1/2 cup Wow Butter (Soy peanut butter alternative) or Peanut Butter
• 1/4 cup liquid honey or maple syrup
• 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• ¼ tsp or pinch of salt
• 1/2 cup Fun bits:
Choose from: raisins, coconut, chocolate chips, nuts, seeds, hemp hearts, or dried fruit
1. Measure all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix very well so fun bits are well distributed.
2. Form into balls using about 1 TBSP of mixture by using spoons or slightly wet hands. Keep a small bowl of water handy to keep hands moist so mixture doesn’t stick.
3. Roll in coconut or other finely chopped topping if desired.
4. Store in an airtight storage container in the refrigerator.
